Maximize your impact, engagement, and satisfaction without sacrificing your well-being. Build your personal and interpersonal effectiveness and leadership skills so you can succeed in the areas that matter most to you, whether as a researcher and scholar, an engaging and impactful instructor, an effective mentor and advisor, and/or leader in your discipline and institution.
Our programming is designed to meet you where you are:
How We Help You Thrive on Your Faculty Journey
Hear from those who have been where you are and experienced the same challenges in their career journeys. Our expert speakers are selected and vetted from people who are or who have been faculty at all levels.
Dive into resources that will help you develop and succeed in your role, while promoting your overall impact and well-being. Our trainings are for faculty on all tracks and at all stages, including early career, mid-career, and faculty leaders.
In today’s campus climate, you need self-awareness and interpersonal skills such as cultural and emotional intelligence to teach, research, engage with and lead your campus and institutional community.
Signature Programs & Resources for Faculty Leaders and Mid-Career Faculty
Mid-Career Mentor
The Mid-Career Mentor helps mid-career faculty to maintain momentum, increase productivity, explore leadership, and discover new pathways in their careers. Delivered weekly, the MCM provides accessible, curated learning directly into the hands of faculty so they can lead their own self-development. Topics include: crafting a meaningful career, setting boundaries, navigating conflict, and more.
Now What? Navigating the Mid-Career Journey
"Now what?" is the question many mid-career faculty ask themselves, whether they are post-tenure or career faculty. Yet, many find increasing demands at this stage leave them little time to answer this question. This cohort-based, 9-week course is designed to give mid-career faculty the space and community to reflect on and design an intentional and strategic pathway through their midcareer.
